Requirements:

1) Age 17 through 63 (person over 63 may apply for administrative duties).

2) Live or Work in  New York City.

3) Be in good health.

4) Able to read and write English.

5) Never been convicted of felony or have a previous arrest record that would prevent acceptance.

6) A United State Citizen or a permanent resident who has a valid visa or alien registration card.

7) Be of good character.
